Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which items such as utility tools, messengers, cleaning supplies, water bottles, household items, and other similar products may be returned or refunded.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).
  • The product received is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, or missing parts.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Used cleaning supplies
  • Opened or used water bottles
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. When reporting the issue, provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Provide photo or video evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. After approval, return instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • If the payment was made through cash on delivery, refund instructions will be provided after approval.

6. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund depending on stock availability.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to this policy.
